   - BW 20MHz : 必要
   - BW 40MHz : optional

5 to 7.125GHz band :
   - HE STA 也是 VHT STA : 但如果是 20MHz only HE STA, 不用 support 40MHz / 80MHz
   - BW 20MHz : 必要
   - BW 40MHz / 80MHz : 如果不是 20MHz only non-AP HE STA, 需要支持
